Said Sepp Blatter, president of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) on Friday that football is not in a position to help them treat pests and problems of society.Blatter said at a press conference held today in Gabon Libreville, "The world is a turbulent political, social and football can not be a bulwark in front of these problems and disorders, we use a football in the service of education and health programs, but football can not solve problems beyond the problems of career ".The present Blatter is currently in Libreville to attend the meetings of the General Assembly of the Union of African Football (CAF), which is held on the sidelines of the African Nations Cup twenty-eighth, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, which concluded its activities on Sunday to meet with teams of Côte d'Ivoire and Zambia in the final match of the tournament.Blatter said "it was easy to control the FIFA football .. you have 22 players 11 in each group, and three referees and the limits of time and football lines of the stadium, this is what we control it."He added, "but, outside of football, we can not control these things, there is no limitation on the time and there is no rulers. We can only demand respect and fair play, and we want to pass it to the community but it is not easy." Blatter said that football is suffering from the same vices of society: "cheating and doping and violence. Football game is not violent, but includes elements of society characterized by violence .. we also recognize the existence of match-fixing and we are working with Interpol to erase this."
